2022 GRIT Top 50 Most Innovative Suppliers: Thanks for voting for Rival!

This morning, we received the fantastic news that Rival Group—the parent company of Rival Technologies and Reach3 Insights—ranked on key lists on the 2022 GreenBook Research Industry Trends (GRIT) Top 50.

What is GRIT Top 50?

For those not familiar, GRIT Top 50 is an annual list of the most innovative suppliers and buyers in the insights space. It provides a snapshot of the market research industry, where we’re heading next, and the major players and trends shaping the future. The annual survey, which includes responses from hundreds of insight professionals, is conducted by GreenBook.

Rival Group on 2022 GRIT Top 50 lists

Rival Group, Rival Technologies and Reach3 Insights have made the GRIT list since our group was founded.

In the 2022 edition of the GRIT report, we made several lists:

  • Rival Group came in at #13 in the overall GRIT Top 50 Most Innovative Suppliers list
  • Rival Technologies ranked #10 on the Technology Provider list
  • Reach3, our sister company, ranked #9 on the Full Service Research Agency list

Thanks to Rival customers and our partners for voting for us once again. As a relatively new player in the market research technology space, we’re honored to be mentioned alongside major consultancies and insight platforms like Dynata, Ipsos, Qualtrics, and Zappi.

To be named one of the most innovative market research companies is special to us; after all, innovation is part of our company’s DNA. In the past 6 months alone, we made major enhancements to our market research platform that aim to help insight leaders to maximize their agility, budget and impact when they run their insight communities with Rival.

Distribution Update Rival Mobile Market Research Platform

Among other things, these innovations include:

  • APIs that let you integrate Rival with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot and other systems of record
  • Smarter distribution to optimize the targeting and timing of your research activities and insight community engagements
  • Pixels that make social media recruitment via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other major ad platforms more effective at a lower cost
  • Multi-factor authentication to further strengthen the security and privacy of our platform
  • Webhooks that link survey data from Rival to applications that our customers already use

In addition to the enhancements mentioned above, we’re also continuing to invest in our Customer Success team, which has proven to be a valuable extension of our platform and the research teams that run their insight communities on Rival.
