Vaughn will lead the Go-To-Market teams across both Rival Technologies, the first and only mobile-first insight community platform, and Reach3 Insights, a dynamic market research consultancy focused on experiential insight gathering through mobile messaging-based conversational research solutions.
Vaughn is a veteran leader in the consumer insights space with a proven track record of building high performance teams and driving double-digit growth. Most recently Vaughn was with Mintel International Group, a leading syndicated research firm, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer for the Americas. Prior to Mintel, Shawn was EVP of Sales and Client Services at GutCheck, an agile market research firm based in Denver, Colorado.
