At Rival, we champion mobile-first conversational research, but we understand that different situations call for diverse approaches. That's why we're excited to unveil our new Email Recontact & Distribution feature! 

While we still believe the mobile is the device of the day, we also do understand your challenges around it that might include older demographics, resistance to change, regulations, etc. Our new feature is designed keeping in mind how this enhanced flexibility will help you, while keeping the research conversational.  

Here’s a breakdown of what this feature would entail:

This new feature supports: 

1. Branding & Localization 

Branding matters. Be it for social media or for emails. With this capability, you can now custom brand these emails with logos, headers, T&C, policies and other visual elements to ensure you are always on-point in all your communications from a branding perspective.  

Also, irrespective of whether you are a global company conducting research on a global scale or are looking to expand globally, our product adapts to different locales too! This is ideal if you need to ensure your brand resonates appropriately across various cultural contexts and countries.

2. Recontact & Verification

Your audience has the flexibility to engage with you on the channel that they prefer: email or SMS. Verification of participants on email follows the same 4-digit verification code process, post which they also get a confirmation email on their action, enhancing trust and compliance.  

3. Distribution 

Our new feature supports personalized communications, efficient targeting and scheduling that mirrors our approach with SMS, insightful email analytics for better decision making and easy unsubscriptions ensuring compliance with privacy standards and user preferences.
