Rival Group Inc., owners of Rival Technologies and Reach3 Insights, announced today the appointment of Kristin Luck to the board of directors. With this addition, Rival Group's Board will comprise seven directors, four of whom are female—further underscoring the company’s commitment to diversity and gender equity.
Kristin Luck is a serial marketing technology and services entrepreneur with three private equity-backed exits. She is known for building innovative technology-led companies that scale quickly through non-traditional sales and marketing techniques.

I can think of no better individual to help us on this journey than Kristin,” said Eileen Campbell, Co-founder and Executive Chair at Rival Group. “We’re excited to have her join us at this pivotal time in our growth.”
Kristin co-founded OTX, an online research business that was named the fastest growing research firm in the world prior to its sale. She then founded Forefront Consulting Group, a research technology firm that was acquired by Decipher, which she helped lead to seven consecutive years of double- and triple-digit growth prior to its sale. The company eventually became part of Forsta, where she sits on the Board of Directors. Forsta was acquired in March, 2022 by Press Ganey.
Currently President of ESOMAR, Kristin regularly contributes to both the commercial (Fast Company, Forbes) and academic press (Research World, Journal of Brand Strategy) where she explores emerging marketing and research methods. She is consistently ranked as one of the top 100 sales and branding experts to follow on Twitter.
