Rival Technologies Expands Customer Success and Sales Teams 

Seasoned market research and sales professionals from Medallia LivingLens, Vision Critical and MARU/Matchbox join Andrew Reid’s new venture as new clients sign on 

August 11, 2020, Vancouver, BC – Rival Technologies (Rival) today announced the expansion of its sales and customer success teams as demand for the company’s mobile messaging-based market research platform increases.  

 

Sal Rustom joins the company as Director of Business Development, a newly created role. Formerly from Maru/Blue and Maru/Matchbox, Rustom will lead a team of business development reps at Rival. Based in Toronto, Rustom holds an MBA from University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.  

 

Brett Henderson joins Rival as Senior Customer Success Manager. Currently based in Toronto, Henderson has over 23 years of market research experience that includes stints with Ipsos Reid, Vision Critical, ResponseTek and LivingLens. Most recently, Henderson was Director of Customer Success at Medallia 

 

Based in Vancouver, Donald Ross joins Rival as a Customer Success Manager. With close to 10 years of experience in market research, Donald previously held community management and customer success roles at Maru/Matchbox and Vision Critical.
